Electronic Payment Methods
- Electronic Check (a.k.a. ACH, bank-to-bank transfer)
- Credit Card and Debit Card
Depending on the payment plans that you choose to offer, your members may have the option to make a one-time electronic payment or set up automatic recurring payments. To manage automatic electronic payments, member payment details will be stored via a Payment Token (learn more below).
What is a Payment Token?

When you see a symbol that looks like 2 blue circling arrows next to a member's name on their account, this indicates that a payment token is in place. This means the member's electronic payment details are stored on a secure server and you can charge a member using the payment information on file (learn more). If a members has a payment token, a member may be charged automatically according to the payment plan that they've selected.
Seasonal Payment Plans: If you decide to accept payments from your members in Installments, Monthly Payments, or utilizing ongoing payment plans, you will need to enable automatic recurring payments. This means that the member's payment information will be stored via a payment token so that they may be charged automatically when a payment is due.
Ongoing Payment Plans: If your members subscribe to receive deliveries from you on a continuous basis, we recommend that you only allow them to set up automatic recurring payments. This means that the member's payment information will be stored via a payment token so that they may be charged automatically when their balance reaches or dips below the Preapprove Limit - this an amount preapproved by you to trigger an automatic charge according to the member's assigned payment plan. Contact a Farmigo Technical Advisor ([email protected]) in order to specify this amount.
