Prepaid Credit
Ask your members to put a specific amount of credit on account with you up front. Then the value of each delivery, including subscriptions and store orders, may be deducted from this amount.
- You may set up multiple Prepaid Credit payment plan options for different amounts, such as $100, $250, and $500.
- BONUS credit may be added to a members account if they select a specific amount. For example, you may ask us to set up a plan where a member pays $500 and $515 of credit is added to their account - The bonus $15 is automatically added to their account as a complimentary payment. If the member has set up automatic recurring payments for this payment plan, they will receive the same bonus amount each time that they make a payment.
- Both one-time and automatic recurring electronic payment methods are compatible with this payment plan. We may adjust the settings so that members may have both or only one of these options. We recommend encouraging your members to select an automatic electronic payment method because when a member's balance on account reaches $0 they will continue to be scheduled for deliveries and their balance may become negative.
- If you want to manage automatic recurring payments via member payment tokens, you will need to set a Preapprove Limit. This acts as minimum balance trigger. For example, if the limit is set to $0 and a member chooses a $500 Prepaid Credit plan, the member will be automatically charged another $500 when their balance reaches $0 or below.
- After a member creates their account, they may log into their account and click the Make Payment button. The member may then make an additional payment according to the Prepaid Credit options presented.
- Your system balance mode must be set to Balance on Account.
- Optimize the flexibility that this payment plan offers your members by allowing them to deduct web store purchases from their balance on account. Click here to learn more about web store payment options.
Prepaid per Distribution
Ask your members to pay up front for a specific number of distributions at a time. For example, we may set up a payment plan which automatically calculates how much the member owes for their next 4 distribution dates based the share and options that they select. So if a member selects a weekly full share for $30 per delivery and a biweekly egg option for $5 per delivery, they will be asked to pay: ($30 x 4) + ($5 x 2) = $130. Then the value of subscription received will be deducted from this balance on account.
- You may set up multiple Prepaid per Distribution payment plan options for a different multiples of distributions, such as 4, 12, and 13 distributions at a time.
- DISCOUNTS may be set up to automatically apply to the price for each share selected in the sign-up process. This sign-up discount will not be applied to any options selected. The discount is always applied as a percentage discount. This discount will applied to price of the member's shares indefinitely or until they change their payment plan.

We recommend encouraging your members to select an automatic electronic payment method because when a member's balance on account reaches $0 they will continue to be scheduled for deliveries and their balance may become negative.

For example, if the limit is set to $0 and a member chooses a 4 Distribution payment plan, the member will be automatically charged for another 4 Distributions when their balance reaches $0 after receiving 4 distributions.
- After a member creates their account, they may log into their account and click the Make Payment button. The member may then make an additional payment according to the Prepaid per Distribution options presented. The member will receive the same discount of the plan they are currently assigned to.
- If payment plans are active for members to change within their account, the system will automatically update their discount based on the new plan.
- Your system balance mode must be set to Balance on Account.
- The Pay at Checkout web store payment method is the most compatible option for this payment plan. You may not want to allow members to deduct web store purchases from their Balance on account because then their balance may reach $0 before they've received the defined number of distributions that they expected to receive.
Prepaid per Subscription
Ask your members to pay up front for a specific number of deliveries of each subscription. For example, we may set up a payment plan which automatically calculates how much the member owes for 4 deliveries of each share and option that they select. So if a member selects a weekly full share for $30 per delivery and a biweekly egg option for $5 per delivery, they will be asked to pay: ($30 x 4) + ($5 x 4) = $140. Then the value of subscription received will be deduced from this balance on account. For this reason, we recommend only using this payment plan if you only plan to manage weekly deliveries; because after the member receives
- You may set up multiple Prepaid Per Subscription payment plan options for a different multiples of deliveries, such as 4, 12, and 13 deliveries at a time.

The discount is always applied as a percentage discount. This discount will applied to price of the member's shares indefinitely, but it may be removed from a member's subscription at any time from the Subscription tab of the member's account card.
