Updating Payment Plans

You can update Payment Plans in the Advanced Panel of the settings section.
Go to Settings --> Advanced --> Payment --> Payment Plans |
Select Payment Plans then "Edit" for the payment you would like to edit.
What can I edit?
- Type: You cannot adjust the type of payment plan. If you need a new payment plan or a different type setup, email [email protected] and we will set one up for you.
- Title: This is the title of the plan the member will see.
- Description: This is the description the member will see. Some descriptions are not editable because the system automatically generates them.
- Order: This is the order that the system will display the payment plans to the member in the sign-up process
- Discount: This is a percentage discount off that is applied only at sign-up
- Description: This is the description the member will see
Special Fields for Installment Plans
- Installments: The number of payments to break the payments into.
- Start Date: First payment will always be due at sign-up. You can choose the date you want the 2nd payment to be due. Every payment after the 2nd payment will be scheduled the 1st of the following month. If the member signs-up within 20 days of the next scheduled payment, the next scheduled payment will be moved to the 1st of the following month.
Special Fields for Prepaid Per Distribution Plans
A prepaid distribution plan is usually used in an Ongoing system to charge members for a certain number of deliveries. There is a field called Amount. This is the number of distributions you would like members to prepay for. For example, if you want members to pay for 8 deliveries in advance, the amount would be 8.
Please make sure that you always have the number of distributions selected into the future in your schedules or the system will not be able to properly calculate pricing for customers.
