Why can't a member change a subscription in their account?
If you have turned on the option to allow members to update their subscriptions, members can log into their account and edit their subscriptions when the member access hours are set to be open for their delivery day. There are cases when a member will not be able to remove a share or option from their subscription. Learn more below about the following scenarios:
There are also cases where a member will not be able to add a share:

- No x appears next to the share/option so that members can remove the subscription
- The x next to the share/option is grayed-out and cannot be clicked

How does it work if I operate seasonally?
You know that you are configured to operate seasonally if your members sign up and commit to receive deliveries for a season with a defined start and end date. If you configured to operate seasonally, members cannot remove shares and options from their subscription. Seasonal members can only add to their active subscription. You may remove subscriptions from a member's account from the dashboard.
Why is no "x" listed next to the share/option?
If you operate seasonally, your members will not be able to remove shares and options from their subscription. If you operate on an ongoing basis, no "x" will appear if you make edits to a share or option so that a member would not be able to add that exact subscription back into their account once they remove it.

Why is the "x" grayed-out?
A member must have 1 share associated with their active subscription (it cannot be just one option). If a member edits their account and removes all but one share, the "X" next to the last share will be grey and not clickable so that members cannot remove the last share. If a member only has one share in their account, the "X" next to the share will always be grey and not clickable.
Once a member adds a new share to their subscription (and your Farmigo system is configured to operate on an ongoing basis), the "x" will become clickable again.

3. A member is trying to add a subscription that they already have in their account with a different schedule.
A member can only subscribe to a subscription with one schedule. For instance, they cannot subscription a share with weekly schedule and then try to add the same share with the monthly schedule. You can instruct the member to remove the original subscription before adding it back in with a different schedule. If the member only has one subscription in their account, you can manually remove these shares for members from your dashboard.
