Location Waitlists
Once the capacity has been met for a location, you may allow members to sign-up to a waitlist for that location. Read on to learn more about:
How do I allow a location to have a waitlist?
To set up a waitlist for a location or a delivery zone, enter Edit mode in the location page and change the WaitList field to "Enabled". Once the capacity is met or you have set the capacity of the location to zero, the location will appear as waitlisted in the first step of the sign-up process.

How does a member sign up for a waitlist location?
If a member wants to be added to the waitlist for location, they will select the (1) waitlisted location and then they must also select an (2) available location where they may receive their orders in the meantime in order to complete the sign-up process.
You may also add a waitlisted location to a member's current subscription from your administrative dashboard. In the Delivery and Payment Preferences section of the member's page, edit the Location field. When you add a waitlisted location, this location will appear below the member's active location as a waitlisted location.

How do I transition a member off of the waitlist?
When you have space available for the member to pick up at the waitlisted location, you should:
Note: When you select "Set as Active" below a waitlisted delivery zone, this action will automatically generate a home delivery location for that member.
- Ask the member and confirm that they want to pick up their orders at the waitlisted location.
- Enter Edit mode in the member's page
- Select "Set as Active" below the waitlisted pick-up location
- Save changes.
Note: When you select "Set as Active" below a waitlisted delivery zone, this action will automatically generate a home delivery location for that member.
