How do I change the delivery day for a group of members?
To switch all members on a route to a different delivery, you can open the Route Manager page and change the Delivery Day field to to a different day. To switch all members in a single location to a different delivery day, you can open the location page and change the Route field to a route on a different day.
If there are active store orders for the original delivery day, you won't be able make this change. If the new delivery day is not selected in share schedules, your members won't be scheduled for an upcoming delivery.
This kind of swap can be helpful if you are moving locations permanently to a new delivery day, or if you would like to temporarily assign members to a different delivery day for a one time occasion, like Thanksgiving, Christmas, or July 4th.
*NOTE: This is a time-sensitive process!
You will need to make this change the week before the new delivery day. To simplify the process, you need to make this change before members have been able to place a store order for that delivery day.

Prepping your system:
1) Go to Logistics > All Schedules to confirm that the new delivery date is selected in the relevant schedules.
For example, if you would like to move members from Thursday November 27th to Tuesday November 25th, make sure that Tuesday November 25th is selected in your schedules.
*Note* If you offer subscriptions on multiple schedules (Biweekly A, Biweekly B, Monthly, etc), be sure to select the new delivery date in all of the schedules that you would like to make a delivery day change for.
2) Confirm that Member Access Hours are set for this delivery day by going to Settings > Store Settings > Member Access Hours.
- If the hours are NOT set, email [email protected] with your desired opening and closing hours.
For example, if you would like to move members from Thursday November 27th to Tuesday November 25th, make sure that Tuesday November 25th is selected in your schedules.

How to change a delivery day when there are no store orders:
1) The week of delivery, confirm that NO store orders have been placed yet by going to Members > Store Orders > Find
- If there ARE store orders for the week already, click here.
2) Go to Logistics > All Routes
3) Select the Route that you would like to change to a different delivery day
4) Enter Edit mode
5) Change the Delivery Day field to be the correct day
6) Save changes
7) Go to Members > Filter by Route > Find
8) Confirm that members on this route show their next scheduled delivery date for the correct date.
- If there ARE store orders for the week already, click here.

7) Go to Members > Filter by Route > Find

Just want to move one location?
If you only want to move some locations, and not a whole route, you can take the following steps instead:
1) Confirm that NO store orders have been placed yet by going to Members > Store Orders > Find
- If there ARE store orders for the week already, click here.
2) Open up the location page that you would like to edit
4) Enter Edit mode
5) Change the Route field to a route that is on the correct delivery day

6) Save changes
7) Go to Members > Filter by Route > Find
8) Confirm that members on this route show their next scheduled delivery date for the correct date.
If there are already store orders:
If there are active store orders for the original delivery day, you won't be able make move members out of that delivery day. We recommend the following steps:
1) Check how many store orders have been place by going to Members > Store Orders > Find
2) Click Export to export a list of all store orders for the upcoming week
3) Open the first member name on the list.
4) Enter Edit mode
5) Delete all items in the members' order
6) Go to the next member in the list and repeat
7) Follow the steps here to change the delivery day
8) Use the exported list of store orders to add the exact store order back in to members' accounts.
