Why does it say, "Our CSA is currently full" in our sign up link?
If you see this message, this means that you have no published shares with an availability greater than 0 in your sign up.
If you would like members to be able to select shares in sign up, please confirm the following:
Do I have published shares?
To check whether you have published shares, take the following steps:
1) Go to Logistics > All Subscriptions
2) Check the Status column - do you have any subscriptions with Type= Share and Status = Published?
If you have no shares in this view, then you need to add shares to your season.
If yes, then you have published shares.
If no, take the following steps to publish a share:
1) Click on the share you would to publish
2) Enter Edit mode
3) Change the Status field to = Published
Do I have shares with an availability greater than 0?
To check whether you have shares that have not been sold out, take the following steps:
1) Go to Logistics > Published Subscriptions
2) Open the first subscription
3) Check the Capacity field - how many units are still available?
4) Repeat this for all of your shares
If all of your subscriptions with Type=Share have an availability of 0 (or less than 0), then you will see the message, "Our CSA is full" in sign up.
Update the capacity of shares that you would like to continue to sell.
