How Do I Decrease a Member's Balance?
If you need to decrease the balance on a member's account you can add an internal fee to their account. An example of this would be if the member was not charged for an item or delivery and you need to apply the charge to their account. 

To get started type the member's name in the search bar and pull up their account. 
Scroll down and push the + Add Payment button on the left.

To Charge a Member's Account

1. Set the payment type to Internal Fee.
2. Enter the amount.
3. Set the status to received.
4. Enter the date.
5. Enter any notes necessary for your records.​

Push Add, then the green "Save" button and you'll see the updated member balance.
