How do I find members that received a specific item on a specific date?
Under the Past Deliveries header of the Members page, you can filter for members that received a specific subscription or item on a delivery date in the past:
This set of filters may only be used for your active season.
- Select the Date, which is required in order to filter for any members under this section
- Set the filters for Subscriptions, Items, and Location
- Click Find
- Now you can email the list of results

How does each filter work
1. Date: Before you can search for any members under the Past Deliveries header, you need to select the delivery date here with which you are concerned.
2. Subscription: If you would like to see which members received a specific share and/or option on the selected date, select those shares and options from this filter. If you set both the Subscription and Item filter, the results will include all members that have either of the subscriptions or items selected. |
3. Item: If you would like to see which members received specific store items on the selected date, select those items from this filter. If you set both the Subscription and Item filter, the results will include all members that have either of the subscriptions or items selected.
4. Location: If you would like to see which members received a delivery at a specific location on the selected date, select those locations from this filter. If combined with the Subscription and Item filter, the results will be limited by the locations selected.

How to email the list of results
Once you have generated your filter results, click the Email Members button to email the group. You may email them an impromptu message or a template.
