Why are the locations in the sign-up process grayed out?


After we set up your new season, you may find that the locations are greyed out in your sign-up process. Why is this? It is because you have not selected dates in your schedules!

How to fix it:

  1. Select the correct season from the drop down menu in the green header at the top of the dashboard
  2. Select the Logistics Tab
  3. Select All Schedules
  4. Add dates to your schedules (learn more). This will activate the sign-up process.
