Why are the locations in the sign-up process grayed out?
After we set up your new season, you may find that the locations are greyed out in your sign-up process. Why is this? It is because you have not selected dates in your schedules!
How to fix it:
- Select the correct season from the drop down menu in the green header at the top of the dashboard
- Select the Logistics Tab
- Select All Schedules
- Add dates to your schedules (learn more). This will activate the sign-up process.
