How do I troubleshoot for "Invalid member home address"?


When updating a member's account from the dashboard, you may receive this error message: "Invalid member home address. Please update the member's address."

This message means that the member's address needs to be re-validated in order to make the change that you want to make.  In order to re-validate the member's address, take the following steps:

  1. Refresh the page in your browser for the member's account
  2. Click on the Contact Info tab for the member's account
  3. Click Edit in the upper right corner
  4. Add a space to the end of the member's address; then remove that space
  5. Save changes

Now you should be able to proceed with your changes.  If you are not able to make changes after taking these steps, email us at [email protected].
