How do I troubleshoot for "Invalid member home address"?
When updating a member's account from the dashboard, you may receive this error message: "Invalid member home address. Please update the member's address."
This message means that the member's address needs to be re-validated in order to make the change that you want to make. In order to re-validate the member's address, take the following steps:

- Refresh the page in your browser for the member's account
- Click on the Contact Info tab for the member's account
- Click Edit in the upper right corner
- Add a space to the end of the member's address; then remove that space
- Save changes
