How Do I Debit a Member's Account?
If a member is showing a negative balance and you want to re-set it to zero, you can add a credit to debit their account. You can also debit their account if you need to charge them for something after the fact. Some examples of when you might need to debit a member's account would be if they were supposed to be on hold, but were accidentally charged for a delivery and are now showing a negative balance. Or if the member was not charged for an item or delivery and you need to apply the charge to their account.
To get started type the member's name in the search bar and pull up their account.
Scroll down and push the + Add Payment button on the left.
