How Can a Member Reset Their Password?
There are two ways for a member to reset their account password. If they contact you directly you can send them the Password Reset email through the Farmigo Dashboard or they can use the Forgot Password? link in the account login screen.

Password Reset Email
If a member contacts you to reset their password you can send them an email to reset their password through your dashboard.Type the member's name into the search bar, click on their name, and when their account appears click the "More" drop-down. Click "Reset Password" and instructions will be sent to the member's email.

Forgot Password Link
Members can reset their password on their own by using the Forgot Password Link at the account log-in screen. Make your member log-in prominent on your homepage so members can easily manage their accounts. The account log-in link can be found in your checklist.
