How it Works
1. Seasonal Payment Plans - Monthly, Installments, & Payment in Full
When the feature is enabled the fee will be added to all new sign-ups. You can choose the fee percentage, 3% is common. Customers will see the credit card fee when they choose their payment method. The new feature will not apply any existing payment plans. When creating an account for a member, the admin must calculate the fee and it it to the payments.

2. Ongoing Payment Plans - Debit on Delivery, Prepaid Per Distribution, Prepaid Credit
When the feature is enabled the fee will be added to all new sign-ups. Existing members will be charged the fee the next time the payment plan auto-renews. You can choose the fee percentage, 3% is common. Customers will see the credit card fee when they choose their payment method. When creating an account for a member the fee for the first payment must be calculated by the admin and added to the customer's payments. Each time the payment plan renews the fee will be added automatically.

To enable the Credit Card Fee reach out to [email protected] and let us know the percent you'd like to add. The title "Credit Card Fee" can also be changed to language of your choice (Admin Fee, Processing Fee, etc.)
